Let's Renovate! Remodeled the bathroom with a beautiful cultured marble shower, refinished cherry wood floor, installed handrail to the basement, put up crown molding in the living room, replaced mdf baseboards with quality wood baseboards, and replaced fireplace tile. Marc and his team are awesome. I plan to have them back to remodel the kitchen. Best contractor I have worked with!!!!! 

 What can I say I have had the pleasure of working with this company on several of my projects. This includes a full renovation of a duplex. This was no easy project that had several complications. We had to strip the units all the way down to the studs. Over a couple of months he not only showed up when he was supposed to which is a rare quality for contractors. He completed the project six weeks ahead of schedule and well under budget. This allowed me to turn around and sell the property in less than a year with over 100k in net profit. He has since then helped me at my personal home with projects to install a sliding door. Also I had my basement flood. After the mitigation of the house he came in and remodeled the room in the basement for less than the insurance estimate which saved me money out of pocket. It doesn’t matter how big or small your project they can handle it. Not only with time and efficiency but a rare professionalism you don’t find in contractors these days. Whether he is your first call or your last call you will be presently surprised if you call them.  Marc Hafen with Let's Renovate! is an excellent and ethical contractor. He is a great communicator and nice guy. His work crews show up on time, work hard, and complete quality work. Thanks to him, lots of problems caused by previous contractors are getting fixed (replaced patio concrete, replaced exterior board and batten, painted our home, moved a gas line, repaired stone work). He is also replacing a large picture window for us and remodeling a bathroom. I am so glad Marc was referred to us. He is our first call for all our home needs. 

 You can rest assured that Marc does quality work, and he won't rip you off. He was referred to me by a relative of mine. Marc is a good man, and I trust him completely.  Marc and his team has taken care of my customers home claims for a long time and taken good care of my customers ensuing they are taken care of properly. I just had a recent claim at my house and the experience with Marc was better than expected. No problems at all and that can be rare for a renovations.
